Graduate Research Assistant:
University of Vermont, Department of Biomedical Engineering (2021-2025)
At UVM, I led the development of enzyme-loaded hydrogel wound dressings, designing toxicity tests using ISO 10993 standards and evaluating anti-biofilm efficacy using in vitro infection models. I also synthesized polymer-coated iron oxide nanoparticles for magnetic hyperthermia and presented this work at multiple national conferences.
Teaching Assistant:
Biomedical Engineering Design Course (UVM) (Spring 2024)
Trained students in mammalian cell culture techniques, cytotoxicity assays, biocompatibility test, and experimental project design.
Lab safety officer of Biomedical Nanotechnology and Biomaterials Lab
Maintained SOPs, developed protocols, managed hazardous waste, and ensured Institutional Biosafety Committee (IBC) compliance.
